Water Heater Installation & Replacement
Out of hot water — or planning ahead? We replace and install tank and tankless water heaters, done to code.
Most water heaters last 8–12 years, and they rarely fail at a convenient time. We replace failed units quickly and install new ones correctly: proper venting, seismic strapping, expansion tanks where required, and clean gas and water connections.
Choosing between a traditional tank and a tankless unit? We'll lay out the real costs and benefits of each for your household size and usage.
What's included
- Tank water heaters — 40 and 50 gallon gas units, installed same-configuration or upgraded
- Tankless water heaters — endless hot water and space savings
- Failed unit replacement with haul-away of the old heater
- Code compliance — venting, seismic straps, expansion tanks, drip pans
- Gas line and water connections done cleanly and tested
Common questions
Tank or tankless — which is right for me?
Tanks cost less upfront and are simple to swap. Tankless units cost more to install but provide endless hot water and last longer. For larger households that run out of hot water, tankless is often worth it; for a straightforward replacement on a budget, a quality tank is hard to beat.
How long does installation take?
Typically about half a day. Some jobs run longer if there are complications — venting changes, relocation, or code upgrades, for example — and we'll tell you upfront if yours is one of them.
